Description:

 This Tibetan Buddhist prayer beads mala is made from Bodhi seeds. It was under a bodhi tree where Buddha found enlightenment. There is a large counting bead in the center of the prayer beads, and smaller counting beads throughout the mala. There are 108 beads in this mala. 108 is an auspicious number in both Buddhism and Hinduism. Each bead is 7 mm.
